The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S.Case No. 587 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 353, 506 and 189 of the Indian

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57869 of 2017 (2) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that a peaceful protest was held by almost 200 villagers against poor condition of road and no violence or damage to any property was caused during the said protest, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S.Case No. 587 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
