The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1b)a, 26, 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that on search one country made pistol with live cartridge was recovered on the possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let
