2. Perusal of previous orders show the matter was fixed for judgment on 19.01.2024. However, some applications have been filed and the learned trial court prayed for grant of further time of two months for disposal of the case before it, which was granted vide order dated 02.02.2024.

3. The learned APP submits on the basis of case status from the website of District Court, Siwan that the petitioner has been convicted vide judgment dated 22.02.2024 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Siwan.

4. Since the petitioner has been convicted, the instant petition has become infructuous and the same stands disposed of as such.
