The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 282/2014 registered under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he gave loan of rupees six lacs to his friend Sanjay Kumar, son of the petitioner, for construction of house which was to be returned within 11⁄2 years. Sanjay Kumar prepared a document and put his signature on revenue stamp. It is submitted that Sanjay Kumar has not taken any money from the informant nor the petitioner put his signature on any paper. Sanjay Kumar, son of the petitioner, is said to have put his signature on the agreement.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned
