Having regard to the fact that the order of this Court in the connected writ application has been complied by way of passing the order on 16.9.2014, the plea now being raised by the petitioner that such order was not served on the petitioner within time or that such order suffers from apparent error on the face of record in respect of his place of posting can never be agitated under contempt jurisdiction. If such order is bad, the petitioner will have to take recourse against it as may be available to him in law. With the aforesaid observation and liberty this application is, accordingly, disposed of.
