The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2015 registered under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code and 40 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1972.

It is contended that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and are not likely to abscond or tamper with the evidence, if released on bail.

Regard being had to the nature of the offence, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.421 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2 / 2 event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S.
