2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 76, 303(2), 324(4), 352 of the B.N.S.

3. This is second attempt of bail of the petitioner. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 90786 of 2025.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of assaulting the victim causing grievous injury.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is no specific allegation of assault or overt act attributed against the petitioner rather the allegation is general and omnibus in nature.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, clean antecedent of the petitioner and also period of custody, this bail application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025.

9. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
