2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 341, 342, 379, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against petitioner is of assault on the forehead of the informant. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
