Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of I.P.C and 25(1-b) a, 26/35 of Arms Act.

One country made pistol and a live cartridge was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal cases against him. Though of trivial nature, petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the period already undergone as well as no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28085 of 2020(3) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Patepur Police Station Case No.52 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
