The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 332 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of road Rangdari from the vehicles by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot. Similarly situated co-accused, persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34761 of 2021.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41270 of 2021(3) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S.
