Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 6 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 411, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4/40 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules and Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in the present false and concocted case at the instance of his enemies. The prosecution story indicates that all the nine persons were identified by the police in the light of the vehicle and they all

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 6 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
