JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.A. Case No.3286 of 2012 registered under sections 420, 406, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that there is no truth behind the allegation made in the complaint petition. The husband of the complainant out of his own will had executed gift deed in favour of the school, in question, and neither any promise for employment of any member of the family of the donor of the land was made nor the complainant was cheated in any manner by the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.673 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the State has opposed the application for grant of anticipatory bail.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Kumar, learned S.D.J.M., Katihar in connection with C.A.
