2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to take steps for absorption of petitioners in permanent establishment as they are working as daily wages employees in Bharra Residential High School, Begusarai for last 10-15 years continuously and they have been discontinued since July 2022. Petitioners have further prayed for directing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6799 of 2023(2) dt.14-11-2024 2/2 respondents to fill up all vacant post in the District Welfare Office, Begusarai.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be given liberty to file representation before respondent no. 2 for redressal of his grievance.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners file such application before respondent no.2 within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event, if such application is filed within the said stipulated period, respondent no.2 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the application.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
