Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406, 409, 466, 467 and 347 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report and from perusal of the F.I.R, it transpires that the specific allegation is against the brother of the petitioner, who has already been granted the privilege of bail by this Court vide order, 06.12.2016, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 46986 of 2016. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that no

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -V, Darbhanga, in connection with Sakatpur P.S.
