JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i) For issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the concerning Respondents as such Respondent no 4 & 5, who have not followed or comply the order in proper manner dated 30.07.2019 passed by Hon'ble Division Bench comprising Hon'ble Mr justice
Patna High Court CWJC No.7972 of 2022(3) dt.20-02-2024 2/3 Amreshwar Pratap Sahi and Hon'ble Mrs.
Anjana Mishra and not consider the Representation dated 17.02.2020 submitted by the petitioners and also passed illegal and discriminately order or not regularized the petitioners in the purnea municipal office on the post of 5th grade employee, where the petitioners are working as daily wages workers since 2006 to 2012 and the respondents issued appointment letters to them since 2007 to 2009, when the petitioners drove their respected post then they filed a writ application vide C.W.J.C NO. 6565/2012 and obtained order dated 24.10.2013 passed by this Honb'le court and for non-compliance of the said order these petitioners have filed M.J.C no.2883/2016 which was disposed off with certain direction, order passed by Hon'ble Mr Justice Dr Ravi Ranjan on dated 22.02.
2017 and thereafter the petitioners have filed a fresh writ application vide C.W.J.C no. 3933 of 2017 which was disposed of with certain direction or order dated 27.09.2018 passed by Hon'ble Mr Justice Shivaji Pandey at this stage the respondent also have not followed the judicial order in proper way and challenged the said order in LPA no. 1777/2018 which was disposed of dated 30.7.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7972 of 2022(3) dt.20-02-2024 3/3 the petitioners are running pillar to post and order not comply by the concerning respondents in properly. Hence this present writ application.
(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ, order, Direction to the concerning respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners on 4th Grade as such the Said Nagar Nigam have regularized the services of the other Daily wages workers since 11.12.1990 to 1995 (Eleven workers). In 2007 to 2009 (Two workers) and in 2013 ( Nine workers ) through their official letters in different date and year and the case of these petitioners are similar nature as well as better from them."

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition to which the learned counsel for the respondents has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
