Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is aggrieved by an order of stay of transfer dated 7.8.2014 of respondent no.6 and learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to explain as to how the petitioner is aggrieved because her joining at the transferred place has already been accepted and she is working over there, this writ application seems to be wholly misconceived and ill advised. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
