Having regard to the fact that the petitioner in this writ application has assailed the order of transfer dated 27.06.2013, which according to him got stayed on account of ongoing inquiry, this Court instead of keeping this writ application pending, would give liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities for redressal of his grievance raised herein but while doing so, the
