JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. No one appears on behalf of the informant. The petitioner seeks quashing of the Bikramganj P. S. Case No.60 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the I.P.C.

After some argument, the leaned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present quashing application with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all the issues at the time of framing of charge and the same shall be duly considered by the learned Court below when the issue was taken up. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, instant application is dismissed as
