JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-06-2019 The petitioners in the present case are seeking a writ of certiorari to quash and cancel the Memo No. 173 dated 26.02.2019 issued by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, as contained in Annexure '3' to the writ application, by which the District Level Selection Committee, Aurangabad is said to have illegally granted license of Public Distribution System Shop to some of the candidates who are said to be ineligible for selection.
Patna High Court CWJC No.9334 of 2019(2) dt.04-06-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the State submits that today itself this court has considered CWJC No. 7646/2019 (Simpi Kumar Vs. State of Bihar) in which it has been brought to the notice of this court that the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya has already constituted a Three Members Committee to look into the matters relating to grant of license of Public Distribution System shop in the Aurangabad and Daudnagar Sub-Division. The said Committee is in seisin of the matter.
In view of the above, this writ application is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to make an appropriate application before the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya together with all supporting materials to ventilate his grievance, and in case such an application is submitted with the materials, the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya shall look into the same and will get the complaint examined by the appropriate Committee and a decision thereon shall be taken in accordance with law.
