The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence while the survey process was going on, this petitioner assaulted over the head of informant by means of sword.

It is submitted that due to land dispute, casual marpit took place between the parties. Injury attributed to this petitioner is reported to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28961 of 2022(2) dt.26-09-2022 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
