This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case no.255 of 2023, registered u/s 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 506/34 of the IPC.

Earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was withdrawn on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner vide order dated 13.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.79162/2023.

Now the present application has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Under the aforesaid circumstances and in view of the recent decision of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30303 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Another, reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, this second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. It is accordingly, dismissed. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
