JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2018 At the outset, Mr. Maheshwar Dhar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of subsequent developments, the writ petition has become infructuous as respondent no. 4 Ram Pravesh Bhagat was appointed as temporary trustee which was completely an individual responsibility and after his death there is no effect to the order under Section 33 of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trust Act, 1950.

In view of the submissions made above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
