Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No.65/2020 instituted under Section 302 of the IPC.

As per the allegation, it is this petitioner who in a drunken stage gave a 'lathi' blow which proved fatal. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant him privilege of bail, which is accordingly rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Trial is already on and some witnesses have been examined and as such a direction may be given for its conclusion.
