2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 461, 467, 468, 307, 328 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 3.750 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the houses of co-accused Anil Tanti and Prem Mahto and these petitioners are alleged to have supplied the raw material to the apprehended co-accused persons. As per paragraph - 3 of the petition, petitioners have got two criminal antecedent of similar nature.
