The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31771 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the ground mentioned in the modification application, let the period of surrender with regard to petitioner nos. 1 to 7 be extended by three weeks from the date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1226 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 receipt/production of the copy of this order in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 23 of 1997 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur.

The aforesaid order stands modified to the extent as indicated.
