Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B),341,323,504,34 of the Indian Penal Code. Husband of the victim is already in jail. A natural death took place after 7 to 8 years of the marriage of the victim. There is general and omnibus allegation against the inlaws of commission of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. The petitioners are females aged about 66 years and 61 years. Submission is that both are victims of over implication.

No.28343 of 2020(2) dt.09-12-2020 2/2 If the husband of the victim is already in jail, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Korha P.S.Case No. 346 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
