The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault with iron rod over the head of the informant. There is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injury. The injury allegedly caused by this petitioner is simple in nature.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28087 of 2022(3) dt.21-11-2022 2/2 furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Patna City, Patna in connection with Gaurichak P.S.
