The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307, 379, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of giving Khanti blow on the head of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23-02-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Single Khanti blow is alleged to have been given by the petitioner. There is case and counter case between the parties. Free fight is alleged to have taken

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Aurangabad in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018.
