The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 354(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant's husband and also took away Rs.40,000/- and jewelry by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the informant and her husband are aggressive parties and petitioners side sustained grievous

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38535 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 injuries. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sitamarhi/concerned Court in connection with Bairgania P.S.
