The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Choutham P.S. Case No.136 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application, wherein she has categorically stated that since her mother had rebuked her, out of her own sweet will she went to the house of the maternal uncle, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26193 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Choutham P.S.
