JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2017 This revision application under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act has been filed against an order, dated 16.07.2016 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna in Maintenance Case No. 1932(M) of 2014, whereby he has allowed interim maintenance in favour of the petitioner under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, which according to the petitioner is not adequate.
2. However, since the said order is interim in nature, in my view, this revision application under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act cannot be maintained.
3. This application is dismissed as not maintainable.
4. It is, however, indicated that the petitioner shall have the liberty to assail the impugned order in appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.
