The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, subsequently, Section 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act was added.

Regard being had to the fact that there is a case and counter case and admittedly no injury was caused to any person, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54136 of 2017 (4) dt.20-12-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
