This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019, G.R. No. 580 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that similarly circumstanced co-accused Roshan Kumar Gupta has been granted regular bail by this Court. He submits that instead of touching this application for anticipatory bail, the petitioner intends to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, claiming parity with the case of said Roshan Kumar Gupta. The petitioner shall be at liberty to do so. This application is dismissed as withdrawn with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26362 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail.
