Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits after having a glance of the counter affidavit that his grievance has been redressed save and except that the admissible increments were not added in the pay scale and, that apart, there has been delay in payment of the retiral dues, therefore, admissible interest as per the Government Circular should also be paid.

Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority for the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.6054 of 2015 dt.20-08-2016 2/2 purpose. If the same finds favour with the respondents then steps for payment of the same should be taken by the competent authority within a period of three months. However, this Court has not formed and expressed any opinion at this stage.
