The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of commission of murderous assault is general and omnibus against the 16 accused persons. Some of them have already been allowed bail by the co-ordinate bench of this Court vide Annexure-3 series.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation against the petitioners on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26925 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
