2. At the very outset, it is pointed out that in terms of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State and the Accountant General, some dues have been paid and some are in the process of being paid.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents be directed to expedite and pay the dues forthwith.

4. in view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.16384 of 2015 dt.25-05-2017 2/2 off with a direction to the respondent no. 6 to ensure that all legally admissible dues of the petitioner and which have been specifically dealt with in the counter affidavit on record filed on behalf of respondent no. 8 as well as respondents no. 5 and 6, be paid to the petitioner within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him. As far as A.C.P. is concerned, the respondent no. 6, shall ensure that benefit of A.C.P., as has been admitted in the counter affidavit, is also paid to the petitioner within three months.
