This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kursakanta P.S. Case No.88 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three unknown have intercepted the informant and looted an amount of Rs.95,000/-, one motorcycle, A.T.M. card, Aadhar card etc. The petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2025.

During the investigation, the motorcycle used in the loot was recovered from the petitioner and the looted mobile was also recovered from the sister's house of the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in six more similar criminal cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
