Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7393 of 2020(5) dt.08-04-2021 2/2 State.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for liberty to file representation for redressal of their grievances before the Principal Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2). In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioners are granted liberty to file their representation for redressal of their grievances before respondent no.2.

If such representation is filed by the petitioners, respondent no.2 would examine and dispose of the same by a reasoned order in accordance with law.
