JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.04.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 13445 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been mentioned that Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016 dated 04.02.2016 under Sections 392 and 307 of the I.P.C. pending against the petitioner in the application filed by the petitioner but inadvertently it was not mentioned in para 3 of the order dated 06.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13445 of 2018 that he was accused in two cases.

In view of submission of the learned counsel of the petitioner, para 4 of the order dated 06.04.2018 is modified to the extent as above that the petitioner has criminal antecedent . With this observation, this application is according allowed and the learned counsel for the petitioner is given further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29136 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 liberty to surrender within a period of three weeks from the receipt of the order.
