2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 379, 411 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4 and 40 of Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules and Section 15 of Environmental Protection Act registered in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely because they are owner and driver respectively of the tractor bearing registration no. BR 26C 6873 on which illegally mined sand was allegedly loaded. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
