Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have falsely been implicated in the present case only on suspicion. There is land dispute between the parties for which earlier petitioner no. 2 instituted FIR against the informant of the present case and only to screen himself from the above said case, the present case has been filed.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48973 of 2016 (5) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Prakash/- U T
