On being made accused(s) of a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of the IPC vide Bidupur P.S. case no. 290 of 2017, the petitioners, three in numbers, have approached this court for grant of anticipatory bail.

The allegation against them is specific that they assaulted the informant with iron rod and also made an attempt to outrage her modesty.

Learned counsel submits that there is a counter version also which was lodged by petitioner no.3 who himself is an injured (Annexure-3). There is admitted land dispute between
