Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The present application is filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S. Case No. 463/2019, G.R. No. 3474/2019 registered for the offence under sections 447, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submitted that he is ready to bear the partial cost of treatment to the injured and has offered to pay Rs. 25,000/- to the injured. The allegation against the accused persons is that that they have shot the injured.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28625 of 2023(2) dt.25-05-2023 2/2 petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2022 and the specific allegation of shooting the injured is against Rajnish Kumar.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with P.S. Case No. 463/2019, G.R. No. 3474/2019. The amount of Rs. 25,000/- shall be deposited in the Court below by way of demand draft in the name of the informant and the Court below is directed to release the Demand Draft in the validity period to the informant. It is however observed that deposit of payment of amount is not an admission of guilt by the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Sunnykr/- U T
