The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Balmiki Nagar P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015 registered under section 7 of the E.C. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accusation in the FIR does not constitute any offence as it does not stipulate that any order under section 3 of the E.C.Act has been violated.
