Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 389 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 353, 427, 379, 436, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus against all the accused persons and nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is alleged to be a member of the mob. Moreover, during
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28065 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 investigation, the SDPO Madhepura has not found the case true against this petitioner. Petitioner is of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S.
