Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with R.P.F. (Mokama) P.S. Case No. 1 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 3 of the R.P.U.P. Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. His name has come on basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused. He is alleged to have been identified in torch light. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28015 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna in connection with R.P.F. Post (Mokama) P.S. Case No.1 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
