The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,448,337,354(B),504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. For the property dispute the petitioner allegedly committed assault and when the wife of the informant came to rescue she was also assaulted and petitioner attempted to outrage her modesty.
