2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Paru P.S. Case No. 146 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the brother-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted that the accusations are general and omnibus in nature without any specific act attributed individually. A Statement is made in paragraph-9 of the petition that other accused persons have been granted bail. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the
