2. The petitioners have filed the present application against the order dated 18.10.2016 by which processes under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C were issued in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 214 of 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to inform this Court regarding the stage of the case.

4. Since the impugned order regarding issuance of processes under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. is of the year 2016, I do not find any proper reason to interfere with the same
