The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 250 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is the father of the two assailants of the deceased and he is in custody since 21.01.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer
